On Saturday, March 22, former Passaic High School standouts Derick Leocadio and Elder Maldonado’s current college team, the Bloomfield Bears, lost 22-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Georgian Court Lions.

The game took place at West Side Park. This was their second matchup against the Lions this season.

The Bears’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 12 p.m. at Kiwanis Oval against Caldwell Cougars.
