On Saturday, March 1, former Eastside High School standout Owen Willard’s current college team, the Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons, won 9-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Southeast Missouri State Redhawks.

The game took place at Capaha Field. This was their second matchup against the Redhawks this season.

The Mastodons’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 4 p.m. at Capaha Field against Southeast Missouri State Redhawks.
